Single bedroom with shared bathroom is occasionally available if group of 3 plus booking. This room features a large antique bed with luxurious feather and down mattress topper. 
The west facing window gives views to the South Downs and the north looks over the surrounding pasture, farmland and woods.

Breakfast is cooked by your hostess who has a Cordon Bleu Diploma and is served either in the dining room with views over the garden or in the orangery surrounded by exotic pot plants
Start your day with a bowl of cereal, porridge topped with brown sugar or natural yoghurt then tuck into a hearty English breakfast of quality sausage, bacon, free range eggs cooked as you like them, mushrooms, tomatoes, and baked beans if you have room.
A vegetarian option is of course available, please let me know with your booking.
If you prefer something lighter there is a choice of scrambled/poached/fried eggs on toast, or any combination of the above ingredients.
A fully stocked fruit bowl is always available. All ingredients are locally sourced where possible.
